1.SKETCH - Use the sketch sheet and hand draw your design in the grid portion. Fill in as much information you can on the top of the sketch sheet and add any other pertinent information you can think of. Your design could be a simple illuminated element on the fascia of a sconce, to a custom shaped arm, to a completely different design such as an illuminated stand alone sculpture for the front entryway of your building, to a large laser cut outline that can be illuminated by LED's and utilizes a high intensity discharge lighting element for general illumination
2.SUBMIT - Simplicity will develop a detailed submittal drawing for review and approval. We will also develop a 3D rendering that will give you the exact appearance of the actual luminaire. We can also give you whatever you need to add information you require into your computer generated layouts, or develop a complete catalog sheet for your submittal or presentation process.
3.Manufacture - All parts are produced in-house using state of the art equipment such as CNC lasers, turret punch presses, CNC mills and lathes. We use the most accurate testing equipment to insure exact fit of all mating parts. Simplicity uses the latest technical software to insure that you get the highest quality product. Our reflectors are developed using the latest optical design software and are independently tested. All product is manufactured, fully assembled, tested, and shipped from our ISO-9002 certified facility in the USA. Products for outdoor use will be manufactured from heavy gage aluminum and all exposed fasteners will be stainless steel.
4.Install - All products will ship completely assembled. Typically, packaging will consist of custom made heavy duty crates to insure your product arrives at the job site intact and ready to install. Product will be supplied with complete installation instructions and all hardware necessary to install. Shipping information will also include complete installation instructions, the ballast manufacturers electrical specifications, Specifications for required lamp(s), and any other information critical to installation and maintenance.
